While assisting John with preparing a meal, he mentioned how much he enjoyed attending church services recently on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Encouraged John to continue participating in these activities that he enjoyed and reminded him to request support if he needed it. Based on his report, John chose to attend these church services (person-directed), they were in the community (community-based) and open to the public (integrated)By attending three qualifying activities within a single category (spiritual), John meets criteria for the Community Inclusion Outcome.
